• Use of all services and products is subject to availability.
• netCubicles reserves the right to adjust the service charges at the time of renewal to compensate for increased operational costs.
• The payment of all the fees should be made on or before the due date. netCubicles will charge a late fee and interest on the unpaid balance starting from due date.
• netCubicles reserves the right to discontinue the discounts or offers with immediate effect and without any formal written notice, if during its term the terms & conditions are breached.
